Cave Grub is an Enemy in Pillars of Eternity 2.
Rarely sighted and even less often survived, this cave grub of monumental maturation and size requires a pocket of at least 50 leagues high by 35 leagues wide in order to easily maneuver around. Aqueous sacs in the cranial cavity allow this enlarged animal to emit a biosonar lure that can attract other cave grubs to its precise location.
