Giant Cave Grub is an Enemy in Pillars of Eternity 2.

Rarely sighted and even more rarely survived, this cave grub of monumental size requires a significant amount of resources and space to survive. Aqueous sacks in the cranial cavity allow this enlarged animal to emit a biosonar lure that can attract other cave grubs to its precise location.
