Hidden Depths is a Quest of the DLC, The Forgotten Sanctum in Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire. The archmage Llengrath requested the watcher aid in her search for the archmage Maura, who has been seeking a way to stop Eothas.

Walkthrough

  • This quest is acquired when you sailing on the sea. (the chance of this random encounter is not very high so you may need to sail for some time.)
  • Travel to Hall of the Unseen (see Locations. It's on a large volcanic island south of Tikawara.), in the centre chamber, you will meet Llengrath again, follow her to the lower level. (If you visited this place before, you need to solve the puzzles of switches to reach the centre, however, once you acquired this quest, all doors will be opened.)

    • The archmage Llengrath paid me a visit on my ship and warned me of possible impending doom in the Black Isles. She requested my aid in her search for the archmage Maura, who has been seeking a way to stop Eothas.
  • Speak with Llengrath inside the Hall of the Unseen
    • Llengrath awaits me in the Hall of the Unseen, a ruin buried on the Black Isles, which lie directly south of Tikawara.
  • Follow Llengrath
    • Llengrath has descended into a newly-opened chamber beneath the Hall of the Unseen. She requested that I accompany her.

 

End States

  • I joined Llengrath within the Temple of Revelation.
