Konstanten is a Sidekick in Pillars of Eternity 2. Sidekicks assist the player by joining his/her party and have their own backstories and unique characteristcs. They all have their own Classes and equipment they begin with. However, they have limited conversations, do not have personal quests and do not participate in companion relationship system.

• Konstanten can be recruited in The Wild Mare at Queen's Berth in Neketaka. He works as a masseur on The Wild Mare - Upper Floor and is pretty much bored with his job. Promise him a full hand of adventures or a steady coin flow and he will join you.
