Strand of Favor is a unique Amulet in Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire. Amulets can be equipped in their designated inventory slot and provide different effects.
The lower Nāga castes often gift shark teeth to venerated shaman as a token of respect. The shaman weave these teeth into strands, which are worn as necklaces. The more teeth a shaman possesses, the more renown they acrue. Should the necklace be lost or destroyed, the shaman is chastised, their renown made forfeit, and they are forced to start the necklace again.
