The Endless Queries is a Location in Pillars of Eternity 2. The Endless Queries is a DLC area added with Beast of Winter DLC.

Speak with the shackled soul and agree to help her retrieve the soul essence. (This soul will eventually turn into a tortured wood elf, with the black ichor that made up the Skaenite illusion melting into a small necklace. You can use Religion 10 or Skaenite Priest class to identify the item.) She will give you Betrayal, a Trinket allowing you to take different forms.

There are three soul essence you can acquire, each located in an adra pillar. You need to defeat the soul collectors and use the portal to enter the pillars. Based on your choice during the judgments, there are three types of fragments you can get: Mote of Regret, Mote of Hostility and Mote of Conviction.

Once you get all the fragments and give them to the shackled soul. She will break free and lead you to the inquisitor.

When confronting the inquisitor, you can persuade Naxiva ix Kirent that the inquisitor is actually her own guilt, help her face herself and emerged as one. Or defeat them both. Then, you can her to help you against the dragon Neriscyrlas, send her back to the Wheel, or consigning her to the White Void's oblivion.
