Objectives

  • Under Observation
    • Something appears to have violently escaped the Collections wing of the Halls Obscured. Exploring the wing in greater depth could reveal more about this facility.
  • Enter the Collections
    • The Collections is due southwest of the Temple of Revelation.
  • Explore the depths of the Collections
    • I've arrived at the Enclosures level of the Collections. Descending deeper might reveal the nature of this wing and uncover whoever's in charge.
    • I heard a blood-curdling scream echo up from a deeper level. It didn't sound like anything natural or sane.
    • Another scream echoed from the depths, this time much louder. I must be getting close to their origin.
  • Kill the Memory Hoarder
    • I found the administrator of this nightmarish menagerie. The creature is as much a prisoner as it is a jailor, and gave me no choice but to defend myself.

 

End States

  • The Memory Hoarder is dead. I learned from its departing soul that that a device called the Trephine opens the way to the Body of Wael. Somehow, I now know how to activate it.
