Endre's Flog of Obedience is a Weapon in Pillars of Eternity 2.
Endre was a monk dedicated to achieving perfection of body and mind. Contrary to traditional monastic beliefs which embraced pain, Endre believed pain was nothing but an illusion. It was merely a projection of weakness, and weakness had to be purged. He engaged in brutal self-flagellation as a catalyst for his transcendence, using this vicious flail for the bloody ritual.His extreme practices were cautiously tolerated by his monastic brothers. However, when Endre declared himself first among equals and demanded the obedience of his fellow warriors, they immediately decried his fanaticism. Endre saw his first task as self-appointed leader would be to bring his wayward brothers to heel. If they would not bleed of their own volition, he would bleed them.
The resulting melee was a bloody affair. It seemed Endre had indeed acquired great power through his suffering. Despite his wounds, his fellow monks were unable to match his prowess. The battle ended only when Endre was shot with several arrows. He died standing, his gore-covered flail still in hand.

Players can only upgrade a Unique Weapon's Quality to a higher tier level. Upgrading the Quality only affects the Damage by 15%, Accuracy by 4 points, and Penetration by 1 point.

Endre's Flog of Obedience Unique Enchantment Upgrades
Enchantments play a vital role in a player's equipment, these Enchantments provide different special effects that can be used as an advantage in battle. Some Unique Weapons carry multiple Enchantments that players may equip and some Unique Weapons only has one Enchantment. These Enchantments can only be found in Unique Items and can be upgraded if needed.
Players can unlock all of the upgrades listed for a Unique Weapon's Enchantment, however, some upgrades replace the current enchantment, and some can be stacked as bonus effects. By doing this, players must have the required ingredients and sufficient Copper Pands (CP) to be able to craft their preferred upgrade.
