In Pillars of Eternity 2, Power Level is a measure of the overall power of your character. All active spells and abilities are modified by power level and become more powerful as you gain levels. Some items, spells, and abilities, may also influence your power level.
Power Level Information
- Each Class has it's own "Power Source". Barbarian, for example, has Rage. Increasing the effectiveness of Rage is called gaining a "Power Level".
- When playing as a Multiclass character, you only gain a Power Level every 3 Levels (instead of every 2 Levels for single class characters). This means that you won't have access to higher level Abilities as quickly if you Multiclass, which means you may have a more difficult time earlier on.
- Certain subclasses may affect the power level of some skills/abilities.
